PD and PDT History
The National Photodynamic Association (later renamed – the Russian Photodynamic Association) was established in 2012 to unite domestic scientists and medical professionals whose efforts are focused on advancing the innovative method for combating oncological diseases.
Over the years, various events such as conferences, roundtables, and symposiums have been held, where participants have discussed key challenges facing Russian science and medicine in promoting Photodynamic Therapy (PDT) and Photodynamic Diagnostics (PD).
We take pride in the fact that our efforts are leading to increased cooperation between leading experts in this field, as well as attracting international colleagues. The exchange of experiences is the key to success in such a challenging endeavor as saving human lives.
Today we can confidently say – as long as we unite, we give hope!
We would also like to express our sincere appreciation and gratitude to you! In this difficult time of external challenges and economic upheaval, Russian doctors and scientists need your support more than ever.
